Houston Asphalt Repair

We are Houston's Home for Asphalt Repair.

OUR SERVICES

Corestone's asphalt repair projects range in scope from small driveway pothole repair, small residential or commercial patching, all the way to remove and replace scenarios. In these cases we remove the surface layer of asphalt without disturbing the subsequent pavement structure beneath. Then a new surface layer of asphalt is installed to provide for a smoother pavement that will extend the life of the pavement system. We have literally hundreds of miles of experience in Asphalt Repair Houston.

When your pavement needs more than just a couple of cracks repaired, you may need to consider resurfacing or repaving. Of the two procedures, resurfacing is the more economical and a faster method. To resurface asphalt pavement, Corestone will repair any cracks or other breaks in the pavement, apply a new course of asphalt over the existing pavement and then use a rolling machine to compress and smooth the new layer. Repaving is a more extensive operation, requiring the removal of existing pavement, re-grading, repairing or rebuilding the foundation and finally installing multiple courses of asphalt pavement.

The combined effects of traffic loading and the environment will cause every pavement, no matter how well-designed/constructed to deteriorate over time. Corestone Maintenance and rehabilitation are what we use to slow down or reset this deterioration process.  Corestone Maintenance actions help slow the rate of deterioration by identifying and addressing specific pavement deficiencies that contribute to overall deterioration.  Rehabilitation is the act of repairing portions of an existing pavement to reset the deterioration process.
